Arbitrator and Counsel in international and domestic commercial disputes. Assist and represent clients in ICANN applications for gTLDs, requests for reconsiderations and independent review processes. I represented Namecheap in the Emergency arbitration proceedings and the IRP proceedings (AAA (ICDR)) related to the removal of historic price caps for .org, .biz, and .info and the proposed change of control of the .org registry operator. I currently represent Namecheap in a new CEP on the issue. I am counsel to IPC in the Request for Reconsideration 23-2, which was summarily dismissed by the BAMC on 4 April 2024. It is a matter of public record that the IPC gave notice on 17 April 2024 to enter into CEP. I Represent clients in trademarks and domain name disputes. Teaching (Leuven University; EUIPO; BBMM). Panelist in domain name disputes at WIPO, Forum, CAC, Cepani, NOMINET. Arbitrator at ICDR, WIPO, Cepani, etc. Deputy Judge at the Brussels Court of Appeal.

I am a longstanding domain name dispute resolution panelist at WIPO, Forum, Czech Arbitration Court, and Cepani, and, since August 2019, NOMINET, and also act as a legal representative for parties in domain name disputes. I therefore have an interest in maintaining an effective and stable domain name protection and dispute resolution system.
