As an employee who supports Verisign’s naming services business, I have extensive experience with registry operations. Specific responsibilities include managing the teams responsible for on-boarding new registrars for gTLDs as well as ccTLDs and ensuring their compliance with their agreements with Verisign, as well as with various policies, including ICANN consensus policies. In the past, my team was responsible for processing level 1 disputes filed by ICANN accredited registrars under the Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy so I am very familiar with the Transfer Policy. I was also an active participant in IRTP working group which was tasked with reviewing and suggesting modifications to the Transfer Policy.

With regard to both our gTLD and ccTLD registration services businesses, as well as other Verisign businesses, our customers and business associates have interests in various ICANN policy issues and may be members of other GNSO constituencies and/or supporting organizations.

b) Are there any arrangements/agreements between you and any other group, constituency or person(s) regarding your participation as a work team member?

Yes

If the answer is “yes,” please describe the arrangements/agreements and the name of the group, constituency, or person(s):

I will be representing the views of the RySG, as applicable, not my own or Verisign's. In that regard, I will endeavor to always qualify any personal statements as such and will follow-up with the RySG to obtain their position.

12) Please identify any Working Groups or other chartered teams in which you are participating (include acronyms, if applicable):
