I have developed a great knowledge of different subjects related to international relations, negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, diplomacy, cultural communications and strategic studies.

Working Experience:

My experience as Intellectual Property Administrator at Saba & CO IP enhanced my expertise in the related field, punctuality of working process, handling critical instructions with priorities, handling all the new trademarks applications and submitting applications online, stimulate and optimize our office in Saudi Arabia as I am responsible for supervising and instructing the staff (remotely) who are working directly with the ministry of industry and commerce, replying to office actions to mature publication and registration, renewal of trademarks, handling all the search reports. I have good records when it comes to developing and maintaining customer relationships. I addition, working at senior management level in a fast growing and dynamic environment within a competitive network (as the development is rapid, I had to keep up working on projects and promoting Yes Atlas services. Moreover, I was also responsible for training new employees that joined the agency, in fact, I had to manage and supervise the team in my department. This was challenging, especially with the fact that some of them did not have any previous working experience in that field.

Finally, my contribution to Yes Atlas was essential as I had joined the agency on its first year of establishment, so my responsibilities also included providing continuous feedback on how the agency could improve and gain market share, taking into consideration the challenging market sizes, the intense competition and different regulations, and the changing political and economical factors that is affecting the MENA and Gulf region.
