Date: Thu, 22 October 2015 - 09:00 to 10:00 IST

Room: Liffey MR2

In June 2014 the GNSO Council chartered this Working Group (WG) to conduct a Policy Development Process (PDP) in order to analyze whether or not ICANN's current curative rights processes (i.e. the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy and Uniform Rapid Suspension procedure) should be amended to address the particular needs of International Governmental Organizations (IGOs) and International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), or if a new, narrowly tailored procedure based on the UDRP and URS should be designed.

In this session the WG will present a status update to the community about its progress, and solicit community feedback on its preliminary conclusions to date.
