• ·         discuss the budget and the reluctance to return any of the excess application fees

  • ·         putting pressure on better use of ICANN’s existing and FY19 budget and Reserve Fund replenishment without taxing an already challenging value chain

  • ·         why certain IGO/INGO identifiers remain on reserve/can’t be released (not even to the IGOs/INGOs themselves) even though the Board’s original “Special Amendment” has long since expired and not been renewed

  • ·         streamlining ICANN's regulatory framework (i.e. the sum of Registry Agreements (RAs), Registrar Accreditation Agreements (RRAs), clarifications to those Agreements, Consensus Policies and Compliance procedures) towards a more light-weight system that can be applied to developing markets (which could be countries or niches)
