The Staff said that they were concerned about the technical difficulties that occurred in the second summit survey and will further look into this matter.
The Staff will add the paper ballots to the results of the online vote before publication.
W Ludwig will send an updated summit programme including the changes agreed to in this meeting to the summit list shortly.
