The Staff will send the existing questionnaire off for translation in order to save time. It was asked to add a question to find out what ALSes expected to have a representative attending Paris.
The Staff was asked to find a slot in Paris for two additional meetings: an internal prep meeting and open session that allows other stakeholders to ask questions and discuss the objectives. The At-Large meeting planning subcommittee will discuss the scheduling of these two meetings.
The staff will compile a list of open questions tin respect to the summit proposal. The list is to be formulated in two parts, logistical and program.
