The Chair asked Staff if they have seen any discussion on the list on the question raised in the last meeting on the term of the LACRALO Chair. The Staff noted that the Secretariat might have waited to raise this question online because he wanted to await the recently held election for the open ALAC seat.
V Scartezini will contact the LACRALO Secretariat to follow up on the LACRALO Chair discussion. It was decided at the last meeting that there should be a discussion on the LACRALO discuss list on whether the term of the proposed LACRALO Chair position shall be of 2 or of 3 year.
S Salinas will send a summary of the regional views held on the new Travel Procedures to the LACRALO Secretariat. The Secretariat will then be asked forward the statement to the ALAC on behalf of LACRALO:
