The sidebar of any workspace contains navigation and search elements that help you move about the workspace. You can open and close any sidebar box by clicking on the triangle to the left of the sidebar box title. You can modify the display of individual sidebar boxes under the "Settings" tab. The boxes are arranged in the following order.
>Search. Enter search terms. The first 10 results will be displayed in the Search sidebar box itself. All of the results will be displayed in the main pane.
>Workspace navigation. Every workspace has a "bookmarks" page with links shared by all members of the workspace. You can see it from the Workspace navigation sidebar. You can edit the contents by clicking on the edit link.
>My Favorites. Under "Settings" / "Preferences", pick a page that you would like to have displayed in the sidebar of your workspace. Click on the edit link to edit that page.
>Recent Changes. The most recently changed pages are listed in this sidebar box. Click on the title to go to the or Recent Changes screen.
>Backlinks. This is a list of all the pages that have a link to the page you are currently viewing.
>Recently Viewed. A log of the most recently viewed pages is in a sidebar box. This helps you navigate back through pages you've recently seen or edited in the workspace.
>My Workspaces. A list of the workspaces you are a member of. Use this list to navigate quickly between different workspaces.
