Regional leaders to encourage ALSes to provide comments to At-Large Workspace on Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT)prior to the Sunday working lunch with the ATRT on 20 June 2010 in Brussels.

Staff to invite co-chairs of Vertical Integration WG to the relevant session during the ALAC Policy Discussion - Part 1 scheduled for Tuesday, 22 June.

S. Greene to revise At-Large Improvements Project Plan according to comments received by chair of the SIC. ALAC to review initial revised draft during the 25 May ALAC Meeting. The final revised At-Large Improvements Project Plan to be completed by 7 June for submission to SIC/Board meetings in Brussels.

The Members of ALAC, the BCEC and the RALO officers to be informed that in all issues related to the At-Large Board Selection Process, the issue of quorum must be followed at all levels.

The ALS Survey is to be extended through 23 May 2010.

At-Large Staff to arrange to send survey to NomCom ALAC appointees

At-Large Staff to regularly update comments on At-Large A/T RT wiki workspace into the complaint/comments box.

CLO to ask A. Jansen to place date on each ATRT meeting recording.

CLO to look into alternate/additonal ways to allow community members to receive information during the ATRT meetings.

ALAC to review ALAC organizing documents with reference to statements, advisories, comments, etc.

At-Large Staff to send existing details of existing ALAC organizing documents on rules for submission of statements, advisories, comments to the members of the ExCom.

ALAC and At-Large staff to work together to develop flow charts on At-Large decision-making processes for each type of statement. This work to be done between Brussels and Cartegena Meetings as part of At-Large Improvements and A/T RT. At-Large these flow charts are to be on the front page of the new Confluence wiki page for At-Large.
