Olivier Crepin-Leblond:Some of the councillors are saying that the location of ICANN headquarters & incorporation remain in the US to be in the bylaws. There was no opposition to this on the call, so it appears that the GNSO will include this in their comments

Olivier Crepin-Leblond:in my opinion if this is in the ICANN bylaws, the political dimension of the transition of stewardship where the US government is saying we're stepping away and the *international community* will take over, is endangered.
