Motivation: To help RSSAC to become a meaningful advisory committee which provides guidance to ICANN on the impact of certain policies on the operation of the root zone and the root server system. To provide an open and transparent forum for the root operators to report on the overall performance of the root server system and its operational stability.
Indication of Availability: I can participate on 2 monthly conference calls of approximately 2 hours each, and can volunteer to spend 8 hours on projects independent of the the conference calls per month.
