Dear Friends

Greetings. It gives me great pleasure to introduce Andrei Barburas to NPOC and this list. Andrei is one of the ICT specialists of IICD and very knowledgeable and committed to all things ICANN and Internet Governance. (He even gives regular lectures to IICD staff on this). Please add Andrei to the list and I am sure that he will make a valuable addition to NPOC in particular and ICANN as a whole.

      IICD is a non-profit foundation that specializes in information and communication technology (ICT) as a tool for development. IICD is active in Africa and Latin America where it brings about technical and social innovations that create and enhance development opportunities in education, governance, livelihoods, health and the environment.
