- Dev Anand Teelucksingh to send a a survey to all LACRALO ALS to confirm the number of ALS that will be represented in Buenos Aires.

- Speakers: It was decided to keep speeches at a minimum. The OC decided to invite the following persons to speak:
- Fadi Chehade
- Rodrigo de la Parra
- Jose Arce
- Olivier Crepin Leblond
- OC to send the invitations as soon as possible so that speakers can schedule with sufficient time. Dev Anand offered to contact to some of the speakers informally.
- Carlos Aguirre mentioned Alexandra Dans is preparing a video, and perhaps it would be interesting to show it.
- Catering- ICANN will fund for 60-70 persons. More sponsors would be necessary to invite more people.
- Juan Manuel Rojas and Raul Bauer to request budgets for souvenirs and get sponsors.
- Silvia Vivanco to send the room plans to the WG.
