  Sylvia Herlein: Quería informarse antes de la reunión de hoy la metodología y los  se aplica a la continuación de la Asamblea General que se inició en el  Costa Rica reunión de ICANN.  1. - Normas aplicables: Principios de funcionamiento y reglamento interno de LACRALO  y en concreto los artículos 19 y 20, el Memorando de Entendimiento  entre ICANN y LACRALO (MoU).  2. - Hay un cambio en las reglas de quórum para las reuniones virtuales. Basado  en nuestros Estatutos y tomando como precedente válido nuestra discusión y  interpretación de estas normas adoptadas sobre este tema en el siguiente enlace:  https://community.icann.org/display/alaclacralo/25+February+2010 preceder de esta manera.  3. - Sólo se habilitará para participar ALSes los que estaban presentes y  dio quórum en las reuniones de la Asamblea General en Costa Rica.  Discusión y Votación:  Propuestas: La Agenda Final de la Asamblea General aprobó en Costa Rica es:  https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=38046055
