- León Sánchez recommended focusing on analyzing and reviewing:
- The recommendation related to the Implementation of a new Model of Empowered Membership. The Empowered Community Membership as ITEMS called it. ITEMS proposes to move from the ALS scheme to a system of individuals. This system was already explored years ago. It lent itself to distortions in many ways. We would not agree.
- Reduce leadership positions. The recommendation proposes that the Regional Leaders (Presidency and Secretariat) be at the same time Members of the ALAC. Neither would we agree because it would increase the workload and that can affect the possibility of compliance.
- Board 15 seat. Neither would we agree with the selection of Candidates to the Board chosen at random.
- He recommends drafting and presenting the document in a positive light. Strengthened with the proposals. Unwritten in negative terms.
- Yesim Nazlar will create a mailing list with participants in the Working Group.
- Dev Anand Teelucksingh will send his alternative proposal to the EMM to the mailing list of the workgroup to be created.

Si bien esto ítems de acción están correctos, también en la reunión hubo acuerdo mayoritario en:
Personalmente considero que a través de la lista, el comienzo del trabajo es inmediato. Solo hay que repartir las Recomendaciones a los 18 integrantes de la lista, y confirmar que tendrán sus colaboraciones para la fecha que se determine.
