Jean-Jacques Subrenat:@Over-arching theme for EuroDIG Sofia, I propose something along the lines of "Internet governance: European perspectives". This would bring out the diversity of situations in Europe, but also the fact that many of the most contemporary references for Internet governance come from Europe (legislation or standards for human rights, Internet user rights, etc.).
