  • Daniel Khauka Nanghaka  to send an update on Outreach and Engagement plans to Ralo leadership mailing list
  • Evin Erdogdu  to provide an update on the status of the FY21 RALO discretionary google form which should send copies to the requestor, Regional Leadership, including RALO secretariat.
  • Heidi Ullrich to follow up with  David Olive on the request for a zoom room for each RALO.
  • Heidi Ullrich to draft a paragraph  clarifying the meaning of "cross Regional" for approval of FY21 RALO discretionary funds.
  •  All RALOs to take into account the suggestion  to include in their monthly calls a standing item on Outreach and Engagement activities
  • Sebastien Bachollet in coordination with staff will prepare a draft Agenda for ICANN 69 to be sent to all RALOs for feedback
  • At the suggestion of Satish who raised the need to clean up mailing lists subscriptions, Sebastien Bachollet  will ask all RALOs to think about a methodology to clean up RALO mailing lists.
  • Sebastien Bachollet will share ideas on the mailing list on a new ICANN meeting strategy group in view of the current COVID 19 environment.
  •  The next meeting date to be discussed on the mailing list.
