Heidi suggested more evergreen hot topics that were important to the region. This would allow for the Hot Topics documents to have a longer shelf-life.
- Satish Babu, Olivier Crepin-Leblond , Eduardo Diaz Mohamed (Mo) Elbashir and Sergio Salinas Porto to work on a table to identify if there are common topics among the RALOs Hot topics.
- Maureen encouraged RALO leaders to join the groups for the At-Large Review implementation plan.
- Gisella Gruber to send a doodle to All Chairs/Secretariats, Heidi and Silvia to meet for breakfast informally in Kobe. RALOs to prep for the RIRs meeting.
- Gisella Gruber to follow up with ICANN's CEO staff on FIKA with ICANN's CEO in Kobe. RALO Chairs to coordinate the questions to move their strategies forward.
- RALO leaders to discuss the Face to Face meeting Agenda, format (Workshop style) and decide in the upcoming days.
- all RALOs to work on the General Assemblies schedule to be developed around ATLAS III. RALOs to consider holding their General Assemblies at regional IGFs or on the sidelines of their RIRs meetings.
