- All RALOs to compile the list of their respective Hot topics by 2019 to come up with some sort of common framework. Issue will be discussed at the F2F meeting in Barcelona.
- The RALO leaders to coordinate better with O&E WG . Daniel Khauka Nanghakato email the link to the document prepared by the O&E to the Secretariat mailing list.
- Evin Erdogdu to notify webmaster of all the decertified ALS so they can be deleted of the RALO maps posted on the website.
- Staff and RALO leaders to look at the ALS and Websites with logos and wiki pages and discuss its better organization and use.

4. Collaboration and communication with the GSE Regional VPs

- Heidi Ullrich and Silvia Vivanco to coordinate with RVPs on time for two sessions on Saturday. Also coordinate fikas with GSE VP and regional leadership.
