This is an ongoing effort to standardize, define and make ICANN content as user-friendly as possible. This will be a continuing effort of the Organization's.

Phase 4Phase UpdateThe internal ICANN Writing Style Guide, which formalizes our commitment to creating content in plain English style is complete. This revamped Style Guide is coupled with a consolidated and simplified ICANN acronym and terminology list. ICANN's new technical writer is leading this effort and will provide ongoing writing training to staff. Additionally, ICANN has implemented QuizLit and AcryLink to assist the community in defining acronyms and translating.
