Suggestions from members included reporting of ALSes local activities per year:
Aziz: At least 1 activity per year Beran and Addeldjakil: 2 reports per year
- AI: Tijani Ben Jemaa to edit the metrics document to modify the d) point of the thresholds to become: for active status: "Submission of at least 2 local activity Reports every 12 months" and for the less active status: " Submission of at least 1 local activity Reports every 12 months"
- AI: Tijani Ben Jemaa to add a provision in the "Quorum" proposal for a second round of voting where the result will be valid whatever the number of voters is in case the quorum is not reached in the voting first round
- AI: Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong to send an email with his proposal and ideas regarding a Webinar to make sure all ALS understand the reporting requirements
- AI: Silvia Vivanco to send an email to all WG members requesting to read the wiki pages for Decertification and Quorum, and give their comments. The objective is to have the last reading and approval of the Decertification proposal, and a first reading of the compiles inputs for the Quorum proposal.
