Action Items:
1. Set a deadline - Any ALS accredited after February 16th will not be invited
45 ALSes at the moment. Budget allows for 44 travellers.
2. AFRALO leaders to send notices asking people to confirm if they will be able to participate in the GA with the deadline being the end of March.
3. Today is last day that that an ALS can be approved to go to the GA
4. If an ALS approved to go is unable to send a rep, then ALSes accredited after the deadline can participate
5. Aziz to draft message to the ALSes for signing up to participate in the GA with a deadline of end of March. Note to be sent no later than 1 March.
6. Staff to Organze 2 Webinars to prepare Newcomers. Volunteers:
