The AFRALO Mentorship program consists of 8 groups formed taking into account their language and the diversity. Mentors will be current and former AFRALO leaders and experienced members as well as some volunteers. Each group is composed of 4 mentees. 6 groups have 2 mentors each, and 2 groups have only one mentor.
