The Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter Public Association is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2015 committed to promoting the open development, evolution, and use of the Internet for the benefit of all people throughout Kyrgyzstan. The mission of the ISOC Kyrgyzstan Chapter is dedicated to advocating for an open, secure, healthy and accessible Internet for all individuals and communities in Kyrgyzstan.

  1. Digital literacy programs: The chapter organizes workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to promote digital literacy skills among various demographic groups, including youth, women, and marginalized communities.   3. Internet infrastructure development: They collaborate with local and international partners to support the development and expansion of Internet infrastructure in underserved areas, such as rural communities, through initiatives like community networks and Internet exchange points.
