3. There are two CROP forms required for each Trip: a) a Trip Proposal; b) a Trip Assessment (must be complete within three (3) weeks of all travelers having returned from the event, no later than the assessment due date which is automatically calculated based on the trip return date).
4. Multiple travelers are asked to collaborate as a team in pulling together the appropriate information.

9) Proposed Goals and Outcomes: Content Guidelines (click here) | As an active member of NPOC, I planned to attend the RIPE 86 happening in Amsterdam where couple of stakeholders with the Europe region will gather to discuss issues related to internet development within the region. This will be my first RIR meeting and I hope to participate in in discussions about the policies and procedures used by the RIPE NCC to allocate Internet number resources, participate in the RIPE Working group sessions to discuss current technical and policy issues, share experiences, latest developments and best common practices related to DNS abuse and other topics that matters to our constituency. I hope to use this opportunity to convene NPOC outreach message to non-for-profit stakeholders that will attend this meeting. As outlined in our strategy plan, many not-for-profits are unaware of the risk that they face in the domain names system and the lack of protection under the existing Registrar Accredited Agreement. This will be an opportunity to get them involved by learning about the ICANN ecosystem and NPOC to be able to contribute their knowledge and participate in the policy development process. | ||||||||||||
