3. There are two CROP forms required for each Trip: a) a Trip Proposal; b) a Trip Assessment (must be complete within three (3) weeks of all travelers having returned from the event, no later than the assessment due date which is automatically calculated based on the trip return date).

4. Multiple travelers are asked to collaborate as a team in pulling together the appropriate information.

Booth: We will have a booth with a pop-up banner, brochures, etc.

ICANN day: We will have a speaking slot about a hot topic at ICANN during the ICANN day in the AIS'19

Presentation: We asked for the slot in the AIS'19 to make a presentation about AFRALO to explain the ICANN, At-Large and AFRALO activities to attract more members.

Policy discussion: We will actively participate in the AFRINIC Policy discussion.

Outreach: Besides the effect of our presentation about AFRALO, and our participation in the ICANN day, we will undertake a continuous outreach effort during the breaks (coffee/lunch) in our booth and outside it to gain more members for AFRALO.
