ICANN, Microsoft, IAPP, EU Fundamental Rights Agency,  Les Halles, DeBuren, EDRI, Intel, among many others.

10) Proposed Goals and Outcomes:

The goal of this mission is reach out to civil society groups and academia by both conducting engagement activities and awareness raising during the whole conference, as well as by organizing a special panel on ICANN & Human Rights (already accepted to the conference programme, and panel fees sponsored by ICANN; all the issues discussed with Jean-Jacques Sahel and Andrea Beccalli). Thus, a 6 people panel, discussing how can multistakeholder model better serve the interests of global Internet community and the protection of human rights, will be convened, which should increase the visibility and awareness of the ICANN policy-making process and procedures and the pressing issues involved and attract new members to NCUC as well as broader ICANN community.
11) Additional Information (optional):

I have arranged that all other 5 panelists would cover their own travel and accommodation and I am the only one asking for ICANN support.
