10) Purpose and Goals:

NTEN is the world's largest gathering of technologists working in the non-profit sector, a prime target for people who both would understand ICANN and the benefits of participation/advocacy. To introduce technologists attending NTEN about participation in ICANN and NARALO To obtain materials useful in capacity building for NARALO and ALSs

11) Proposed Outcomes:Engagement with particpants, to inform about ICANN At-Large and NARALO Identify potential ALSs and NARALO event (ie showcase) sponsors. To work with PIR (a sponsor there) to promote discussion of TLDs, their governance, and participation (the .ngo / .org issue is a hot topic in some circles and there is much confusion)
12) Additional Information (optional):

I am aware that Glenn is already approved for this conference.
The size of NTC is such that two or more people could attend and not cross paths, there are so many participants and activities that one person could not reach everyone. More than 2,100 people attended last year's conference.
