The President reviewed the proposed Board approves Fiscal Year 1999-2000 Budget (attached hereto as Exhibit G) an initial version of which the Board had reviewed at its March 4 meeting in Singapore..

Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board unanimously approved the adoption of the following resolutions (Directors Wilson and Capdeboscq being absent):WHEREAS, the bylaws of the Corporation require that the President shall prepare and submit to the Board a proposed annual budget of the Corporation for the next fiscal year.

FURTHER RESOLVED (Resolution 99.57), that the President is directed to cause the Budget to be published on the Corporation's Web Site.
