Ergys Ramaj to create another Wiki page for the objectives, goals and clarity of purpose of this WG, for staff to post comments
- Renate DeWulf to send out a note to the mailing list, advising WG members of the creation of a subgroup to work on a draft of the charter (to be presented at the next call) and asking whether anyone else would like to join.
- Renate DeWulf to go through the previous email correspondence and paste into the Wiki page all comments on Objectives, goals and clarity of purpose of this WG, for further comments by the WG
- Olivier Crepin-Leblond to ask the GSE if it is possible to organize a webinar
- Renate DeWulf to set up a Doodle pool to define the rotation: 1- double rotation 2- triple rotation
