Useful document with preliminary inventory of existing accountability mechanisms at the level of the SO and AC. But we need to go deeper. The accountability must be at the level of "members" (individuals or organizations).
A related issue is not whether each SO/AC is accountable to its roots, but whether there is a sufficient number of SO/ACs involved to adequately represent the overall community.
