    My suggestion for the indivisual applications is that, most of the applicants are new so they have no knowledge about the individual membership and membership through the ALS. So I suggest when individual applications are received the persons are introduced to the various ALSs in their locations and see if they wont be comfortable starting from there instead than individual.
