- Determinar necesidades Geopolíticas de la región de LACRALO como marco referencial de LACRALO
- To determine the Geopolitical needs of the LACRALO region as a reference framework for LACRALO
- Determinar qué participación debe tener LACRALO en Gobernanza de Internet en sentido amplio (IGF- IGF regionales-1/net, etc).
- To Determine what type of participation LACRALO must have in Internet Gobernance in a wide sense (IGF- Regional IGFs-1/net, etc).
2. Sergio Salinas Porto escuchara los audios de las reuniones de Costa Rica.
