I have experience counseling clients on Internet governance matters and knowledge about the domain name industry, including management of global domain name portfolios, recovery of domain names from cybersquatters worldwide, and the development and execution of new generic Top-Level Domain (gTLD) objection, acquisition and management strategies. My work routinely focuses on cutting-edge advances in new Internet media and developments within the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). I also have significant experience advising clients on trademark selection, clearance, prosecution, registration, enforcement and litigation, having worked on arbitration and federal court litigation involving trademark infringement, trademark dilution, unfair competition and cybersquatting.
