0. Mandate
----------
Advancing the work on proposing specific internal processes and
procedural aspects on how ICANN can operationalize its commitment
to human rights - specifically in the context of the implementation
of the (potential) human rights bylaw in work-stream 2.

1. Output
---------
- Provide input in terms of process for work-stream 2 ahead of
Marakesh meeting
- Clear and concise input document for work-stream 2 for Marakesh on
content
- Comment on CCWG 3rd draft report

2. Calls
--------
Monthly

3. Some potential topics
- ------------------------
Work has been ongoing in CCWG WP4, this seems now most detailed part
of the CCWG report. Text has been lawyered out and has very specific
proposals. ICANN will respect human rights, but not enforce them. It was
also decided that a transitional bylaw should be implemented to ensure
that a policy would come into place.
This SG aims to contribute to WS2:
- Overall interpretation of bylaw
- What instrument should be used for implementation
- Development of a framework of Interpretation

4. Issues to discuss
--------------------
Defining the scope of the work - core rights vs. all the rights.
