Since we did not address this and will not likely have time to do this in during our Thursday meeting, I propose the following:
1. I will create a "Executive Summary" of the paper (attached below) and forward it first to the ALAC-Internal list and then to the At-Large list next week. It would be useful if we could get this translated into French and Spanish very quickly.
2. RALOs will do whatever needed to identify any section that they feel should not be a formal ALAC position. In 2 weeks from the date it's sent out.
3. The based on this input, the ALAC will vote on whether all or parts of this paper are a formal ALAC position.
