GNSP Policy & Privacy Services Accreditation Issues WG Singapore February 2015

The WG is completing its deliberations on its preliminary recommendations, with the aim to publish an Initial Report for public comment after the Singapore meeting. This session will provide the community with an opportunity to interact with the WG as it discusses those remaining topics on which it has yet to reach consensus, including (1) escalation processes in the event of persistent delivery failure of Relay requests; (2) treatment of law enforcement and other third party (e.g. IP rights holders) requests for Reveal (ie Disclosure or Publication) of a customer's identity; and (3) standards for contactability and responsiveness of Privacy & Proxy Service Providers.
