ICANN org took into consideration the feedback provided by the different constituency groups on the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Planning Assumptions v.1.0 and made respective modifications and some minor readability edits.
Planning Assumption v.1.0 sections 2.3 and 2.6 are combined in v.1.1. as 2.3.
Based on community feedback, ICANN org changed Planning Assumption v.1.0, 2.5 vis-a-vis the rate of delegation from “There will be no changes to the 1,000 TLDs/year maximum delegation rate” to “Changes will be made to the 1,000 TLDs/year maximum delegation rate used in the prior round based on (1) study results, (2) community discussions and (3) policy work.” (v.1.1, 2.5)
