The 2015 NomCom will select individuals to fill the following ICANN leadership positions:
- Three members of the Board of Directors – 3 year terms
- Three members of the At Large Advisory Committee (ALAC), one each from the Africa, Asia/Australia/Pacific Islands and Latin America/Caribbean regions – 2 year terms
- Two members of the Council of the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) – 2 year term
- One member of the Council of the Country-Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO) – 3 year term
Africa can have candidates for the Board of Directors, for ALAC, for the GNSO and the ccNSO.
How to Apply or Suggest a Candidate
The 2015 NomCom will be convened at the conclusion of the ICANN 51 meeting in Los Angeles, California.
•The 2015 NomCom will announce the opening of the 2015 application process on ICANN’s website later this year.
•Candidate applications will be submitted using the NomCom’s online (wiki-based) system.
•To suggest someone as a potential candidate, complete the online form at: https://forms.icann.org/en/groups/nomcom/suggest
