a) Briefing on the EURALO Bylaws Task Force – Presentation and approval of new BY LAWS? (Olivier I believe the draft is near completion, if not, at least a draft can be presented for discussion and membership feedback, it would be great if the WG could reconvene very soon in September)
Yes absolutely agreed. In fact we need to get the ball rolling. Florian has told me this was ready for sharing with Working Group, plus then EURALO Board, then EURALO. We need to think of a timeline that leads to Barcelona.
b) Briefing on the EURALO ALS engagement Task Force - (the last call was in Feb 2018, so perhaps instead you can provide an overview of EURALO ALS’s regional and local outreach activities.
This would need to be done by Yrjö. He could also speak of the various uses of our member skillset table. Plus an update of that skillset table.
8. Outline of the EURALO CROPP concept FY 2017-18 and evaluation of the results of CROP funding.
Yes, I, or Matthias Hudobnik could do that. I understand Matthias will be in Barcelona.
