- Co-chairs and/or Nigel Hickson to invite the following people as panelists during the IG Public Session: Desiree Miloshevic, Markus Kummer, Konstantinos Komaitis, Virat Bhatia, Jeremy Malcolm
- OCL to work with Nigel in confirming and obtaining the list of people "speaking" at the IGF in Brazil.
- OCL to send an email to the CCWG-IG mailing list to obtain the list of all ICANN or ICANN-related Workshops in Brazil at the IGF.
- Alex Dans to work with Marilyn Cade to update the calendar of IG events prior to the CCWG-IG F2F meeting in Dublin.
