<p><span>In addition to being managing director of Schollmeyer &amp; Rickert Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, I am Director Names &amp; Numbers with eco - Association of the German Internet Industry. In this capacity, I chair the eco Names &amp; Numbers Forum, see <a href="http://www.eco.de/namesnumbers">www.eco.de/namesnumbers</a>.</span></p><p>Since September 2013, I am Non-Executive Director with CentralNic Plc. However, I do not represent CentralNic at ICANN.</p>

<p><span>Our firm primarily advises on legal matters related to the Internet and IT, such as contract law, IPR, data protection law, and also provides local presence and trustee services. I focus on DNS-related legal issues, such as domain name disputes, providing legal advice to registrars and advising clients with respect to the new gTLD program (both active and defensive approaches).</span></p>
