The topic originated in a consensus recommendation from an earlier IGO/INGO PDP Working Group - and adopted by the GNSO Council in November 2013 - which called for further analysis of the ability of Inter-Governmental Organizations (IGOs) and Inter-Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) to access and use ICANN's curative rights mechanisms such as the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) procedure. | ||||||||||||||
