The current NCUC Liaison is Wolf Ludwig (Wolf.Ludwig@comunica-ch.net), Chair of EURALO.
After a meeting with the GNSO's Non-Commercial Users' Constituency at the ICANN Lisbon meeting, the two communities decided to appoint liaisons in order to facilitate inter-constituency cooperation and coordination for times when that was felt to be useful. Accordingly, Carlos Dionisio Aguirre, an ALAC member from LACRALO, volunteered to take on the job, as the first NCUC Liaison from the ALAC.

The next joint meeting between ALAC and NCUC, will be on PARIS, tuesday june 24th at 5pm, we will confirm before that the place where we meet. The topics to discuss: possibilities of joint participation in a new GNSO, and aspects related with IDN and Whois in ccTLD's. Everybody are invited
