Due to the demand for Zoom Rooms for use by ALSes as they plan and implement their policy and outreach and engagement activities, a 3 month Pilot ALS Zoom Room Program (Pilot Zoom Room) is being launched.
Given the requirements to use the ICANN Org Zoom Rooms, including that a member of staff must support each call, the following criteria must be met in order for the Zoom Rooms may be used by ALSes:

The number of calls per RALO is limited to 3 ALS Zoom calls per month.
ALS Zoom Room calls are to be no longer than 90 minutes in duration.
ALS Zoom Room calls are only be scheduled on work days (Monday through Friday).
In order to schedule the ALS Zoom call and avoid conflicts with other calls in the RALO, a 5 day advance notice is required.
Interpretation will only be that provided through the Zoom Room (When approved for use by ICANN). No live Language Services are to be used.
ALS Zoom Room calls must be on topics directly related to the work of ICANN policy or outreach and engagement activities. To verify this, the agenda is to be submitted along with the scheduling request,
Measures to evaluate the Pilot Zoom Room Program, including the number of people on the Zoom call and a short report of the meeting must be submitted following the call.
