@Greg; The term non-affiliate is only used once in the operating principle to differentiate from Individual Members affiliated with an ALS. While our Rules of Procedure detail all the requirements that must be met by individual members who want to register in Lacralo on behalf of themselves. One of the rules is that they cannot belong to an accredited ALS in Lacralo.
