ALAC and Regional Leaders Workshop

• Silvia Vivanco to follow up on Indian ALSes liaising through Staff so as to better associate themselves with the multi-stakeholder process within ICANN.
• Silvia Vivanco to work with Bart Boswinkel and GNSO Staff on IDN WG Members are asked to join the ccTLD discussions.
• Matt Ashtiani is to work with Bart Boswinkel and update the mapping of ccTLD operators. 
• The ALAC is to ask for a meeting with the Board Finance Committee, the timing is to be discussed.

At-Large Future Challenges Working Group Public Workshop

• Heidi Ullrich and Matt Ashtiani are to work with the Chairs of the FCWG to ensure that the ICANN communications Department be approached for the purposes of outreach for the R3.
• Matt Ashtiani and Heidi Ullrich are to organize a webinar on the FCWG for mid-December. Members of the WG are to send Staff and the Co-Chairs suggestions for content by 9-Nov-2012.
• Matt Ashtiani to send out a call for suggestions for the webinar on the FCWG shortly..

Registrant Rights and Responsibilities Working Group Meeting

• Cintra Sooknanan to go through the RAA Negotiations Report and determine which issues are relevant to At-Large and which are not.

Outreach Sub-Committee

• Matt Ashtiani and Heidi Ullrich are to follow up with Sala regarding a call on Capacity Building for mid-December. 

At-Large IDN Working Group

• The issue of language is taken into account in the ALAC Statement on the Draft Recommendations Overall Policy for the Selection of IDN ccTLD Strings.

At-Large Capacity Building: Next Steps

• Matt Ashtiani and Heidi Ullrich are to develop a Human resources Matrix.
• ALAC to vote on whether to establish a WG on capacity building in the Wrap up session on Thursday

Academy Working Group Session

• Sandra Hoferichter is to ensure the drafting team will draft a survey to be sent out to all SO and AC leaders, it will include very general questions which will build a foundation for the future effort of this working group. A first draft will be made by 26-Oct-2012 and will be discussed and sent out to this WG by 29-Oct-2012, for a review period of one week. 
• Sandra Hoferichter will send the completed survey to Matt Ashtiani and Heidi Ullrich so they may work with ICANN Communications and send the survey out to the SO/AC Leadership List for a review period of one month.

APRALO Meeting

• APRALO to reach out to ALS and find out what kind of capacity building they want.

ALAC and Regional Leadership Wrap Up 1 Meeting

• Olivier Crépin-Leblond asked the Gtld WG to take the time and present the draft Letter Regarding Registry SG DIDT on TMCH to the ALAC when it has been finalized. 
• The issue of visas is to be linked to the other travel-related issues discussed at the Toronto Meeting.
