USER (Argentina Association of Users of Computer and Communication) is a civil-profit entity, formed for the purpose of defending the interests of those who use information technology and communications, and spread the use of this technology in society, fostering rational and ethical use.The company was incorporated on April 21, 1982, at a time starting strong growth in the sector, with the overriding objective of economic measures to prevent protectionist nature will cause the users should pay excessive prices for technology, while that will lead the country's relative backwardness in this area.
