Following completion of the Review Phase, where opportunities for improvement are identified and recommendations made, the Implementation Planning Phase begins. It is in the Implementation Planning Phase that the independent examiner's recommendations are considered, culminating in the completion of the Feasibility Assessment and Initial Implementation Plan (FAIIP), which is delivered to the ICANN Board.
